It's January and that means some retreat time for me... I'll be at Little Portion Friary from January 2nd thru January 6th. Little Portion (http://www.s-s-f.org/houses_lpf.htm) is a house of the Society of St Francis on Long Island. The grounds encompass 40 acres of wooded land just off Long Island Sound. I'll spend 5 days in (virtual) silence except for chapel services and a call home to Denton every night. I'll walk in the woods and meditate and nap and do a little reading in the evenings (see list below). Ah, bliss....
